Western Decision Sciences Institute is a project for online paper management system organized in 5 user levels. Authors submit their papers in a database, which are checked by assigned Reviewers and then passed through an acceptance process. Track Chairs take care of papers and Reviewers in their tracks and Program Chair does it globally. Super Administrator is top-level user with maximum privileges allowed.
For better management of users and paper life-cycle a number of different features have been implemented such as: database to custom file export/import, batch download, mass mailings, on-click activation of certain functions, etc.
