Users in the system select subset of US states, wholesale lenders and loan programs they want to get rates from and present them as own on their web sites, depending on additional settings they make.
Several times a day the system communicates with IMX exchange to download the loan programs and rates the wholesale lenders offer in each US state. XML formatted information provided by IMX is parsed and extracted data is stored in a database. This automatically updates the offered rates by application users.
