Real estate properties managed in the system can be offered for sale by member realtors or if already bought by member home buyers. In both cases, member supervisors assigned to particular properties can organize and control the building or reconstruction of the property online.
Site visitors can search properties and submit inquires to their supervisors. Home buyer members can trace the work on the property and contact the supervisor. System administrator can manage membership of all parties involved in the system, manage properties and assign supervisors.
